My rent and fees are not exact! For example the above rate would be applicable when there is a 'houseful' with 4+ people. If people stay longer they get more of a discount. I also will accept travelers for less than a month. An example is travelers I had last year. The spouse had some kind of surgery, they were from out of state, and they had no family here. I worked with them....
Thirty + years ago we lived next door to 791 and had friends who lived in other townhomes in this 49 townhome complex. Less than a year later I started making noises about wanting a home with lots of yard so I could stay busy buying and planting lots of things. We did that and now I am almost ready to move back. Getting to the property the important thing is it's direct access through the back gate into the complex swimming area. People tell me it is a wonderful pool but the majority of the owners do not want to expend the cost to keep it heated ALL year!
I also want to point out the views of all 4 ranges of mountains. Yes, we are in a desert, but our desert mountains are beautiful too. Don't miss out on driving N to Mt Lemon where one can almost see Mexico to the South and North one can see the San Pedro River Valley and points North, West, and East. Getting back on task I say 'It is a good location'!
Note in the living room there is a slider opening to the covered patio where we have a little barbeque grill in one corner. There is another slider just like that in the MBR! My pictures say it all beginning with the kitchen. I have 2 kinds of coffee pots, ample silverware, glasses, and dishes to make one feel at home. One of the big couches in the living room was made into a bed if needed. My computer geek has made sure we have fast internet and lots of things on the TV. Moving toward the bedroom areas I need to say, this TH has LOTS of storage.
Both Bedrooms have a sliding glass-looking door that hides drawers, closets, ETC. The MBR has a bathroom w/shower and lots of storage under the sinks. In general, we stock the house with lots of things because most travelers 'stay a while'! Back to the hallway, you passed the stacking washer and dryer and lots of shelving to supply what you need--sheets, towels, blankets, etc. The House bath has a bathtub/shower. Then check out the Guest BR where I have put the small desk to work at. In these closets, I store things like a big fan for summer heat. Our tour around the house has ended, and there is one thing I could do is introduce you to the neighbors across the street!?
