Climb high into a luxury Red Rocks music themed mountain home! Located on 2.15 acres just off 285 but still under 10 min to the store, cute restaurants, bars, and event venues. 25 min from Red Rocks Amphitheater! Tiny Town (10 min) is a great hit with the kids. Don't forget about the vast amount of hiking and other outdoor activities that Colorado offers plus still only 1.5 hrs to skii.

Wonderful 4 bed 2.5 bath 2862 sq ft home on a 2.15 acre lot. This home is located in a wonderful residential mountain community. It is extremely peaceful and quiet in the mountains and it is easy to hear the nature outdoors.

Including luxury in our title is no joke! We have stainless steel fridge, oven, and dishwasher. Our cook ware is also Stainless Steel All-Clad D5 pots, pans, and utensils. We provide significantly higher quality furniture, mattresses, bedding, towels, and appliances compared to most properties.

There is absolutely so many incredible things to do in this area so please check out our guidebook for ideas!

Internet here uses Verizon’s Home LTE services due to its remote location which provides 25-50 mbps. This is the fastest internet available for this area since it is considered remote. However, these speeds work great for streaming and working remotely still. As an engineer, I had to make sure I had stable and fast enough wifi.

Traveling during the winter has significant risks in Colorado due to snow storms. There are shovels and minor snow plow equipment provided in case of snow storms. During the winter months ALWAYS have chains available even if you have four wheel drive and/or snow tires.

During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.
