You can choose to stay the 4 nt. minimum or longer in this luxury Villa in the most beautiful part of Colorado, surrounded by magnificent Trees, elegance and spectacular views from almost every room in the Villa. This villa includes heated garage parking for 2 cars and extra parking area of Driveway. Snow Plowing is included.

In-Floor radiant heat throughout. Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet as well as a great game room with a 75" SS TV with surround sound, all the Sports channels, pool/game table, full wet Bar w/beverage Fridge and plenty of comfortable seating.
From 10' up to 27' ceilings, the home is spacious, but with a very pleasant and comfortable feel and look.

Cross Country Skiing, Biking & hiking start in the front yard!! There are numerous trails nearby to enjoy and get some exercise in during your stay.
The Views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort,Ski Runs and the whole 10 Mile Mountain Range from the Villa are spectacular. There are Balconies, Patio w/Lg Hot Tub, perfect for apre ski relaxing.

There is a Free Shuttle Bus Stop nearby that stops every 30 minutes from every early until 2AM the next morning. It is approximately a 5 to 6 minute drive to 2 Ice skating Rinks an Indoor and Outdoor. It is approx. 8-10 minutes to the Gondola Parking area, great drop off area and you can get off at Peaks 7 or 8.

In this Breckenridge vacation rental, the upper level includes double 9' custom carved entry doors, and a great room with up to 28’ high ceilings. There is a fireplace and enough seating for 10 to 12 people. The dining area in the home has room to seat eight to ten as well as seats near the kitchen counter. Placemats, glass and tableware are all provided for guests.

The kitchen in this villa is well-equipped with a six-burner gas Range with grill and two ovens, Double Door,/freezer/Ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and granite counter tops, large double sink, Cabinets are custom and you will find other amenities like a toaster, blender, cookware, and sharp knives in the space.

The master bedroom offers a four-poster bed, dresser, fireplace, wool carpet, and a 42-inch television. There is also a bathroom with two sinks, a steam shower for two, and a jacuzzi tub, Closet.
Guest Bedroom 1 has a King bed, w/bath, door to back yard, TV, desk set up. The room also includes a loft with a double bed, reading lights over the bed, and a hanging area for clothing.
