You’ll have access to the cottage for a month or more and can enjoy a space that is both CHBO Certified and CHBO Complete.

This short-term corporate housing has a gorgeous city view with trees. It spans 1,000 square feet and comes as a study with a single bathroom. It’s a great space for a business traveler who wants a space to enjoy privately when not at work. The home is near Santa Ana Orange County Airport, as well as the Metro, for easy access.

While staying in this condo, you’ll have access to constantly available parking in front of the unit at the curb. If you are in town as a medical professional, many employers are located in the area. You’ll be near Kaiser Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Orange County, and St. Joseph’s. Other nearby employers include California State, Yamaha, Cypress College, and Leach Corporation.

Coming into the Private Paradise Cottage, you’ll have a separate gated entrance that leads to a private elevator. Inside, you’ll find a gorgeous furnished kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, and a full-sized refrigerator with an ice maker. All the utensils, plates, and cooking items you need are provided for you.

The bathroom is oversized and has a large counter space with dual sinks. There’s plenty of room for all your grooming items. It also features an extra-large shower for comfort and convenience. A washer and dryer are provided and can be found in a large walk-in closet.

Those coming to the short-term corporate housing for remote work will have an office nook that can be used. It includes a desk so you can set up your computer and get to work right away.
