Renter is responsible for any additional electricity charges paid to the owner. Internet is limited to 1200 megabytes per month. Any internet overages will be the guests responsibility to pay. Owner will provide megabyte usage weekly. Occupancy is limited to 4 overnight guests. No parties, No large gatherings exceeding a total of 6 guests in the home and property at any one time. Please no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or on the property outside premises.
